Requests made within 14 days of program enrollment. Technical issues preventing access to course materials. Significant changes to course content without prior notice. Medical emergencies with proper documentation.
Requests after completing more than 30% of course content. Programs started more than 30 days ago. One-on-one coaching sessions already completed. Digital downloads that have been accessed.
Refund Process Timeline
Submit Your Request
Contact our support team via email at info@therinalovqse.com with your enrollment details and reason for the refund request. Include your full name and course information.
Review Process
Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days. We may ask for additional information or documentation to process your request properly.
Decision & Processing
Once approved, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will return to your original payment method. Credit card refunds may take additional time based on your bank's processing schedule.
Important Payment Information
Refunds for credit card payments typically appear on your statement within 1-2 billing cycles. PayPal and bank transfers are usually processed faster. Processing fees charged by payment processors are non-refundable.
